The item I received is damaged!

If the product you purchased arrives faulty, please message us via email shopellasimone@gmail.com with your tracking number and photo with proof of damage. If you message us after 7 days of receiving your item, we cannot replace your item. 

I got the wrong order!

If the product you purchased arrives as the incorrect item, please message us via email shopellasimone@gmail.com with your tracking number, order number, and proof of delivered incorrect purchase. If you message us after 7 days of receiving your item, we cannot replace your item.
